Our Simple Site Plan will give you the basics of your property. We will use GIS and Satellite imagery to create the draft site plan. This plot plan will include EXISTING primary building roofline, lot lines, and a north arrow. While generally insufficient for building permits this plan is great for planning. Once we send you the draft site plan for review you will have the opportunity to verify any dimensions and mark up the plan with any needed changes and we will make any adjustments free of charge. If you would like to add a structure that is not currently on the property please list Non-existing feature and include the information to be added when you contact us. 

Our Medium Site Plan is Widely accepted by building departments and HOA’s for residential permitting purposes. Using the most recent satellite imagery available,  GIS Data and any information provided by client, we draw the site plan of your property to include EXISTING structures, trees, Driveway, pool, and other major features, while leaving out details such as landscaping, paths, parking spaces.  The draft site plan will be sent to you for your review. If there are any changes that are required such as updating dimensions or missing items due to tree cover you may sketch those onto the plan and send it back to us to have those revised free of charge. Our Premium Site Plan is for a higher level of detail for permitting of both residential and commercial properties. We will overlay GIS lot lines onto a satellite image and  draw a detailed site plan of your property showing all EXISTING (visible via satellite) landscaping, such as structures driveways, pathways, patios, gazebos, grass, trees, structures, swimming pool, sheds, Parking spaces etc. The draft site plan will be sent to you for your review. If there are any changes that are required such as updating dimensions or missing items due to tree cover you may sketch those onto the plan and send it back to us to have those revised free of charge.
